Shipping policy

Free shipping, all of India

Every order ships free anywhere in India. No minimum. No codes. We currently ship within India only.

Timelines

• Delivery in 3–4 days for most of India (Mon–Sat, excluding public holidays). Remote pin codes can take a day or two longer.
• We'll email and SMS you a tracking link the moment it ships.

Big drops & sale periods

During launches, festive sales or when a design goes viral, delivery can take a couple of extra days. We'll tell you on the product page and in your order confirmation if that's the case.

Address & pin code

Double-check your address and phone number at checkout — the courier will call. If you spot a mistake, email talk@dhamkee.com right away; we can fix it until the parcel is dispatched. Once it's with the courier we can't redirect it.

Cash on delivery

COD is available on most pin codes. The courier may call to confirm before delivery — please pick up, or the order may be returned.

Tracking

Tracking links go out by email and SMS. If nothing has moved for 5 days after dispatch, ping us and we'll chase the courier for you.

Damaged or lost in transit

Arrived damaged? Don't bin the packaging — send us photos within 48 hours and we'll replace or refund (see our Refund Policy). Lost parcel? If tracking shows no delivery 10 working days after dispatch, we replace or refund — your call.
