These terms apply when you use dhamkee.com or buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them. Plain English where we can; the legal bits where we must.

1. Who we are

dhamkee.com is operated by 1K Founders Online ("Dhamkee"), Unit No. 1029, 10th Floor, Tower A, Spaze IT Park, Mahashay Hansram Marg, Sector 49, Gurugram, Haryana 122018, India. GSTIN: 06ABHPL8393H3Z7. Contact: talk@dhamkee.com, +91 82876 37348.

2. Products

Our tees are made in India. Product photos are representative; garment and graphic colour can vary slightly from screen to screen and batch to batch. Sizes follow our Size Guide with a tolerance of about ±0.5 inch. Country of origin: India.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Shipping within India is free. We accept UPI, cards, net banking, wallets and cash on delivery (where available). Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel and refund an order if a price or product was listed in error, if payment fails, or if we suspect fraud — we'll tell you if we do.

4. Discounts

Automatic offers (like 2 tees = 15% off) apply at checkout and can't be combined with other product discounts unless we say so. We can end or change an offer at any time; orders already placed aren't affected.

5. Shipping, returns & refunds

Covered in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms. In short: no returns for change of mind or size, but defects and wrong/damaged items are replaced or refunded.

6. Your account & conduct

Keep your login safe; you're responsible for what happens under it. Don't use the site to do anything illegal, scrape it, or try to break it.

7. Designs & intellectual property

Every design, slogan, logo and photo on this site belongs to Dhamkee. Buying a tee gives you the tee, not the right to reproduce the design. Don't put our designs on your stuff. Tagging us in photos of you wearing it is very welcome — by tagging @official.dhamkee you let us reshare that content with credit.

8. Liability

To the extent Indian law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect losses, or for delays caused by couriers, strikes, weather or anything else outside our control. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. Grievances

Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020: our Grievance Officer is Imran (Founder), reachable at talk@dhamkee.com / +91 82876 37348. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days.

10. Law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction, without prejudice to your right to approach a consumer forum.
